Su Heng-chin

Su Heng-chin is the principal of Beiling Primary School in Kaohsiung’s Lujhu District, recognized for pioneering Taiwan's first experimental school that teaches subjects in Taigi, the mother tongue of many local residents. Under his leadership, the school has embraced a multilingual environment, promoting Taigi education while ensuring students can learn in their native tongues. Su has successfully increased enrollment and advocates for additional state support to sustain the program.
