Subash Ghimire

Subash Ghimire is the head of the Gorakha office of the Nepal Red Cross, who has been actively involved in addressing the housing crisis faced by the Dalit community in Barpak, Gorkha, following the devastating earthquake of 2015. He recently oversaw the distribution of tarps to residents living in makeshift shelters, highlighting the ongoing struggles and inadequate living conditions they face, as many have yet to receive permanent housing a decade after the disaster.
