Suleiman Masoud Makame

Suleiman Masoud Makame is the Zanzibar Minister for Agriculture, Irrigation, Natural Resources and Livestock. He is responsible for overseeing agricultural practices and livestock management in Zanzibar. Recently, he was in the news for expressing his dissatisfaction with the infrastructure and operations at the Zanzibar Agricultural and Livestock Research Institute (Zarili), emphasizing the need for the institute to enhance its role in agricultural productivity and knowledge transfer.
