Sumitra Silva

Sumitra Silva is a former Deputy Secretary of Finance at the Uva Provincial Council in Sri Lanka, who has recently been in the news for being arrested and presented in court over allegations of causing a loss of 173 million rupees to the government by removing funds from bank accounts prematurely.
