Sun Guoping

Sun Guoping is the leader of the archaeological team at the Jingtaoshan site in Ningbo, Zhejiang, which has been recognized as one of China's most significant archaeological discoveries. The site, dating back 7,800 to 8,300 years, has revealed evidence of early coastal inhabitants, including a variety of fishing tools and artifacts that provide crucial insights into the origins of marine culture in ancient China.
