Sunil Bajpai

Sunil Bajpai is a professor of paleontology at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He has expertise in the study of ancient reptiles and has co-authored a significant paper on the fossilized remains of Vasuki indicus, a colossal snake that lived approximately 47 million years ago. His research sheds light on the ecological conditions of prehistoric India and the evolutionary history of large serpents.
