Supachai Jaisamut

Supachai Jaisamut is a Thai lawyer and a prominent member of the Bhumjaithai Party. He is currently involved in a legal dispute with Pracharat Chantharavongthong, the Secretary-General of the Pheu Thai Party, over allegations of defamation related to an MOU between the Digital Economy and Society Ministry and a Singaporean company. Jaisamut's statements have been perceived as politically charged, raising concerns about the integrity of the electoral process in Thailand.
