Surapol Nitikraipoon

Surapol Nitikraipoon is a distinguished academic and former rector of Thammasat University in Thailand. He is recognized for his expertise in public law and has provided legal consulting on various matters related to decentralization and administrative governance in Bangkok. His extensive experience includes serving as the chairman of the board for Krungthep Thanakom Co., Ltd., a state enterprise under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, which oversees large-scale infrastructure projects. Recently, he was appointed as the strategic advisor to the Bangkok governor candidate from the People’s Party, emphasizing his role in enhancing administrative efficiency and addressing past governance challenges.
