Suresh Chander

Suresh Chander, 49, is a local dhaba owner in Chasoti, Jammu and Kashmir, who experienced the devastating floods that struck his village on August 14. He witnessed the sudden torrent of water destroy his community, including three temples, and tragically lost his uncle, Dina Nath, in the disaster.
