Susan Vera is a psychology professor from New York who, while researching her family history, discovered a significant archival treasure related to her ancestors in Greece, specifically the Brest family's documents, which are closely tied to the Aegean's history. Her efforts led to the donation of these valuable documents to the Gennadius Library in Athens.
