Susanna Shankar

Susanna Shankar is a dual US-Canadian citizen and a passionate advocate for regenerative and sustainable tourism. Born to a Canadian father and an American mother, she grew up in Alaska and has lived in several countries, including Germany and Canada. Currently residing in Vancouver, Shankar often identifies as Canadian due to political reasons and has experienced firsthand the challenges of being mistaken for an American while traveling abroad.
