Sveta Doroteja
Sveta Doroteja, a Christian martyr from Caesarea in Cappadocia, is celebrated by the Serbian Orthodox Church. She was known for her steadfast faith, which led her to convert two pagan sisters, Hristina and Kalista, to Christianity. The local ruler, angered by her devotion, ordered her execution. According to legend, while being executed, she received miraculous gifts of apples and flowers from an angel, which ultimately led to the conversion of her persecutor.
