Sybil Goldstein

Sybil Goldstein was a prominent Toronto artist known for her vibrant paintings and drawings that often depicted urban life and mythical themes. A founding member of the ChromaZone collective, she was influential in re-establishing figuration in art during the 1980s, and her work continues to resonate within the Toronto art scene. Goldstein passed away in 2012, leaving behind a vast collection of about 1,000 artworks, which her family and Koffler Arts are now working to share with the public.
