T.P.S.S. Kumara Pathirana

T.P.S.S. Kumara Pathirana is the principal of Bogamuwa Central College in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, who recently took charge on June 27. He was involved in the removal of 30 puppies and 55 puppy eggs found in an open classroom at the school, following reports from teachers and students about the presence of the puppies.
