T. V. is an individual from Gargždai who was involved in a legal case concerning the illegal transportation of a significant quantity of cannabis. In October 2023, he was apprehended alongside two others while attempting to transport over 66 kilograms of marijuana in Panevėžys. Despite claiming they were only in the area to purchase mandarins, the evidence presented in court led to their conviction, resulting in an 11-year prison sentence for each of the accused.
