Tahar Hamid Nguilin

Tahar Hamid Nguilin is the Minister of Finance, Budget, Economy, and International Cooperation for the Republic of Chad. He has recently been in the news for signing an agreement with the UAE for the construction of the Sheikh Fatima Bint Mubarak Hospital and a specialized kidney dialysis center in N'Djamena, aimed at enhancing healthcare services in Chad.
