Talgat Toktarov

Talgat Toktarov is the director of the construction company SattiLuxStroy, who has recently been accused of embezzlement involving nearly two billion tenge. He is currently facing legal proceedings in the Kazybekbi district court of Karaganda after numerous residents claimed they invested in housing projects that were never completed, with allegations that he sold properties without the necessary construction permits.
