Tamara Goncharova

Tamara Goncharova is the founder of 'Studio Tamara', one of the oldest modeling agencies in Belarus. She began her career as a model during the Soviet era and later established her agency to focus on scouting, selecting, and promoting both emerging and established models. Under her guidance, the agency has gained recognition for nurturing talent, including the well-known supermodel Marina Linchuk, who has worked with prestigious fashion houses such as Dior and Versace.
