Tanaya

Tanaya is a 27-year-old private sector employee based in South Jakarta, who has been an avid user of the MRT Jakarta since its trial phase in 2019. Over the past six years, she has had a positive commuting experience with the MRT, appreciating its punctuality and the comfort of commercial areas at the stations. She has also provided suggestions for improving passenger flow and enhancing inclusivity through better electronic card integration.
