Tang Jingsong

Tang Jingsong served as a Taiwanese governor during the late Qing Dynasty. He became known for his strong opposition to Japanese imperialism and for rallying local sentiments against the cession of Taiwan to Japan through the Treaty of Shimonoseki in 1895.
