Tang Ying Xia

Tang Ying Xia is the deputy director of the Human Rights Research Center and an associate professor at Nankai University’s Law School. At the 58th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, she highlighted the new risks and challenges to children's rights posed by rapid advancements in digital technology, and discussed China's legal framework aimed at protecting children's personal information.
