Tang Zhouping

Tang Zhouping is a prominent neurologist and the head of the Department of Neurology at Tongji Hospital, affiliated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Born in 1969, he has dedicated over 30 years to the clinical treatment and research of brain hemorrhage, being one of the first experts in China to apply brain-computer interface technology to aid the rehabilitation of patients suffering from upper limb dysfunction due to brain injuries. His innovative work focuses on re-establishing connections between the brain and limbs, enabling patients to regain control over their movements through advanced technological solutions.
