Tanja Bakić

Tanja Bakić is a prominent Montenegrin poet, literary translator, and essayist, born in 1981. She has made significant contributions to contemporary literature, often exploring themes of loneliness, identity, and alienation in the digital age. Bakić holds a PhD in English literature from the University of Montenegro and has published over 15 books, with her poetry featured in international anthologies and journals. She represented Montenegro at the World Expo 2020 in Dubai and has received numerous awards and scholarships for her literary work.
