Tanja Kutschka

Tanja Kutschka is a resident of Altenerding who found herself in the midst of a police response to what was believed to be a dangerous situation involving armed individuals during a military exercise. She recounted how she was gardening when she heard gunshots and quickly brought her children inside for safety.
