Taru Guritna is the Secretary General of the Ikatan Psikologi Olahraga (IPO) in Indonesia, where he plays a crucial role in supporting the mental and psychological development of young athletes. His involvement with the LKG BRI Indonesia team includes implementing training programs aimed at strengthening the players' mental resilience as they prepare for the competitive environment of the Gothia Cup.
