Taurimas Valys

Taurimas Valys is a seasoned professional in both the public and private sectors, specializing in economic diplomacy, international trade, and investment attraction. He has previously served as a member of the Vilnius City Council and has been involved in various political parties, including the Farmers and Greens Union of Lithuania and the Democrats for the Future of Lithuania. Valys has also held advisory roles regarding economic diplomacy and the efficiency of state-owned enterprises. Recently, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, bringing his extensive experience and academic background, which includes a master's degree in Business Management from Vilnius University, to the role.
