Tawfiq Tabatabai

Tawfiq Tabatabai was a senior military commander of Hezbollah, recognized for his significant role in the group's operations against Israel. He was confirmed dead following an Israeli airstrike on a residential building in southern Beirut, which resulted in the deaths of five individuals, including Tabatabai and four other Hezbollah members. His death has been described by Hezbollah as a loss of an 'outstanding' commander who remained committed to the fight against Israeli adversaries until the end of his life.
