Tayri was a female African lion residing at the Zagreb Zoo, known for being part of a breeding program aimed at conserving the endangered northern population of African lions. Tragically, she was recently killed by a younger male lion named Uganda during a seemingly normal introduction process, prompting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the attack.
