Tegawendé Valérie Ouédraogo

Tegawendé Valérie Ouédraogo is a dedicated fish farm manager in Burkina Faso, known for being the only woman among her male colleagues managing floating fish cages at the Bagré dam. A graduate in pisciculture from the University Center of Gaoua in 2023, she enjoys her work and takes pride in contributing to the country's efforts to enhance food sovereignty and reduce external dependence on fish imports.
