Temur Katamadze

Temur Katamadze, also known as Gafar Ilmazizi, is a Georgian activist who gained media attention after being found guilty of verbally insulting Nino Nadiradze, the director of the 'VivaMed' clinic. The incident occurred during his treatment at the clinic following a hunger strike, where he reportedly had a conflict with medical staff before directing insults at Nadiradze. The court fined him 2,800 GEL for his actions, which he has denied. As of now, Katamadze has ended his hunger strike but remains in a temporary detention center.
