Teng En-lien

Lieutenant General Teng En-lien is the Deputy Chief of the General Staff for Communications, Electronics, and Information in Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense. He has been involved in discussions regarding enhancing mobile device security for military personnel, particularly in light of recent concerns over data leaks related to a secondhand phone previously owned by a soldier from the 137th Infantry Brigade. Teng has pledged to explore the development of remote data wiping capabilities to protect sensitive information.
