Teresa María del Carmen Morales Mora is a 70-year-old stylist and business owner based in Quepos, Costa Rica. She operates the Salón de Belleza & Spa Kiros and is also the president of Teresa Morales e Hijos, a company that holds property valued at ¢19 million. Recently, she was in the news due to a request from the Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE) to clarify the origin of ¢15 million used for purchasing political party certificates in relation to the upcoming 2026 national elections.
