Tereza Đelmiš Babić

Tereza Đelmiš Babić, born on June 2, 1951, in Belgrade, is a former beauty queen and educator, known for winning the Miss Yugoslavia title in 1970. She chose a path of education over a glamorous career in modeling and acting, completing her studies while balancing life as a mother and translator. Tereza gained public attention due to her relationship with journalist Dragan Babić, with whom she had a son, but their relationship ended when Babić left her for actress Liv Ulman while she was pregnant. Tereza later moved to the United States, where she lived for nearly a decade before returning to Serbia. Today, she enjoys a tranquil life in the countryside, embracing her rural roots and advocating for the importance of living in harmony with nature.
