Terran Knowles is a Bahamian bodybuilder who recently made his debut in the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation’s Pro League, earning a bronze medal in the Men’s Physique - Masters 35+ category at the Miami Beach Miami Pro. An IT Analyst and Personal Trainer, Knowles is determined to improve his performance based on judges' feedback and aims to return to competition with enhanced conditioning and muscle density.
