Terrilee Kelford

Terrilee Kelford has dedicated over 25 years to volunteering with homeless youth in Lanark County, Ontario, and currently serves as the chair of the newly formed Rural Alliance to End Homelessness, where she gathers insights from across the country about the alarming rise in rural homelessness.
