Terry Slater

Terry Slater was a prominent music manager best known for his long-term role as the manager of the Norwegian band A-ha. Under his guidance, A-ha achieved international fame in the 1980s, particularly with their hit 'Take On Me.' Slater was recognized for his significant contributions to the music industry and was highly regarded by the band members, with Magne Furuholmen describing him as the most important person in A-ha's musical career. He passed away in July 2026.
