Tevin Passley, once the most-wanted individual in St Catherine South, was a fugitive linked to the double murder of Corporal Delwin Jackson and taxi driver Kenroy Chandler. He gained notoriety after escaping capture for over a year following the August 2021 incident. Passley was finally apprehended in January 2023 during a joint operation by law enforcement in Lucea, Hanover, where he was found in possession of a firearm and ammunition. He has since been sentenced to 12 years and six months for weapon-related charges, while he remains before the court for the murders.
