The Lily Foundation

The Lily Foundation is a UK-based charity established to raise awareness and support for mitochondrial diseases following the tragic death of Lily, the daughter of the charity's founders. After realizing the lack of resources and support for families affected by this condition, the foundation has raised over £11 million to fund research, provide support to more than 1,300 families, and promote gene-testing programs that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of mitochondrial disease.
