Thomas Lee, originally named Tommy Fong, was a Chinese immigrant who settled in Goulburn, Australia, in the late 19th century. He adopted the name Thomas Lee around 1880 and became known for his successful market gardening business. Alongside his wife Matilda Huckins, he contributed to the local community, notably winning awards for their produce at horticultural shows.
