Thomas Nicholas Cullen

Thomas Nicholas Cullen is the director of Civic Projects One Partnership LP, which is currently involved in a legal dispute with the Irish State over the cancellation of a contract to convert an office building into an international protection accommodation centre in Dublin. Cullen's company has claimed damages exceeding €23 million due to the abrupt decision by the Minister for Justice to halt the establishment of new accommodation centres, which left them with significant financial losses after investing €9 million in preparatory works for the facility.
