Thrikunamale Kalyanavansha Tissa Himi is the chief monk of the Thrikunamale Sambuddhi Jayanthi Bodhiraja Vihara in Sri Lanka. Recently, he filed a writ petition in the Court of Appeal against a decision by the Director General of the Coastal Conservation Department, who ordered the demolition of two temples within his vihara, claiming the order was illegal and baseless.
