Tiana Lewis-King, a nursing assistant at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, turned herself in to police amid allegations of creating public mischief and attempting to obstruct justice following the circulation of a voice recording in which she falsely claimed to have attended a post-mortem examination.
