Tiffany DePal

Tiffany DePal, a 36-year-old resident living approximately 40 kilometers from Traverse City, was present at the Walmart during a violent stabbing incident that left 11 people injured. She described the chaotic scene in the parking lot as frightening and surreal, likening it to something one would see in a movie rather than in their own community.
