Tijani Ibrahim

Tijani Ibrahim is a field commander of the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces who has recently been sanctioned by the UN Security Council for his involvement in atrocities committed during the RSF's siege and capture of El-Fasher, including ethnic killings and widespread violence against civilians.
