Tim Smartt

Tim Smartt is a barrister representing NSW Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon, who has recently been in the news for his preemptive rejection of a police watchdog's critical findings regarding the delayed response of officers to a domestic violence incident that resulted in the death of Lindy Lucena.
