Tina Mfanga

Ms. Tina Mfanga is the Chairperson of the Manzese Women’s Cooperative Union (Uwawama) in Tanzania, where she leads initiatives aimed at empowering small-scale entrepreneurs, known as wavujajasho, to challenge exploitative capitalist systems through cooperative models. Under her leadership, the Winnie Mandela Cooperative School promotes the values of shared ownership, solidarity, and collective action to foster economic and social transformation among grassroots entrepreneurs.
