Tito Ronald Ocariz is the Technical Manager at the Administración Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE) in Paraguay. He was part of the delegation that signed a new operational agreement regarding the hydroelectric energy generated by Yacyretá, which aims to improve the financial and operational aspects of the energy distribution between Paraguay and Argentina.
