TJ McAuliffe

TJ McAuliffe, now 21, opened his first credit union account at the age of seven, inspired by the monetary gifts he received for his First Holy Communion. Growing up in Co Limerick, he actively used his account throughout his teenage years, depositing money earned from part-time jobs. Currently in his first year of an electrical apprenticeship, TJ has utilized his long-standing relationship with the credit union to secure a €14,000 loan for a van, demonstrating the practical benefits of early financial education and community banking.
