
Tô Kiên
Tô Kiên is a senior urban planner and manager at the Eight-Japan Infrastructure Development Consulting Group in Tokyo, as well as a senior lecturer at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and a visiting lecturer at Yokohama National University. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has published over 100 professional articles on sustainable urban development and co-led various sustainable design and community-based planning projects across Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia. He holds degrees in Architecture from Vietnam, a Master's in Urban Design from Germany, and a Ph.D. in Architecture from Japan.
