Tolosa
Tolosa is an accomplished economist with a Doctorate in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has extensive international experience as an economist with the International Monetary Fund and has served as the academic director of the Center for Economic Reality and Social Studies (Ceres).
